How I Created & Launched A New 5 Figure Group Program In Just 8 Weeks

We’re just a little over a month into the inaugural round of Confident Consistent Cash – my newest and most recently launched group program.

I’m just loving being in this space, teaching this new curriculum and supporting the incredible women who joined me.

It’s wild to think that 8 weeks before we officially kicked off – this program didn’t exist. It was an idea but it had no shape, no form, no structure.

And in 8 weeks I took that idea and created an epic new 4 month group coaching program that I knew my community would LOVE, launched it and made 5-figures.

But what’s even more important is that through this process I also:

  • Brought in new people to my world

  • Had some incredible conversations with ideal clients

  • Created a new signature offer that will become an integral part of my value ladder, offer suite and business ecosystem moving forward

  • Had a lot of fun doing it! I didn’t burn out, I didn’t get overwhelmed.

It was a strategic, lucrative, well thought-out AND soul-nourishing business move…

AND I did it all in 8 weeks – as a mama of 2 young boys, working around 10 hours per week!

So in today’s episode of the Feminine Fire Podcast I’m taking you behind the scenes of how I launched Confident Consistent Cash in just 8 weeks – including what makes it possible for me to make big moves like this, execute an amazing launch and make it all happen in a 2 month window.

I’ll let you in on a secret – it doesn’t happen by accident and it’s not something I’d recommend UNLESS you have things set up in a certain way.

So let’s dive into how I created and launched a new 5 figure group program in just 8 weeks.

Firstly…

I recognised a gap in the industry and a gap in my own offer suite.

It was when I was launching the Spiritual Business Mistressmind, earlier this year that I realised a lot of my community were in this space of wanting to invest in their business and get the support they knew they needed but they weren’t quite ready for a high level mastermind as they weren’t making consistent sales in their business yet.

The *thing* that was holding them back in business was not having consistent cash flow in their business, but there weren’t any offers pitched to them at the level and price point that made sense for them.

And so the idea for Confident Consistent Cash was born.

The process for bringing Confident Consistent Cash to life

  1. I sat down with my coach and fleshed out of the idea including structure, inclusions, price point, messaging and launch strategy.

  2. I briefed my team, created a plan in Asana with all the tasks and we got to work making it happen.

  3. At the same time, I was teasing the idea on Instagram stories. I shared that I was creating something new for people who were at this stage right now in their business. I started building excitement and invited people to register their interest to be the first to know.

  4. Off the back of that, I presold places behind the scenes on IG DMs before we even had a sales page.

  5. I then hosted a free masterclass as my launch event and had 4 weeks of open cart with launch content going out on the front end and sales conversations happening on the back end.

We closed out the launch with 7 new clients, 12k in additional revenue and a new signature program.

Win-win-win!

So that was the process from start to finish, but what I want to really dive into are the pieces of the puzzle that made this both possible and successful.

Because I wouldn’t recommend this kind of timeline to everyone unless you have the systems, processes and support to make it happen.

Here are the things that made this launch possible and successful…

  1. I consistently focus on building relationships with my community

I know what my community wants and needs because I’m in continual conversation with them. I have my “finger on the pulse” and I intentionally focus on building these relationships.

Without this, I firstly wouldn’t have been able to identify this gap in the market and my offer suite because I just simply would not have known that there was this need in my community.

Too often I see business owners making assumptions about what their people want and need. Or completely ignoring it and just creating based on what they’re inspired to create, without doing any market research to find out if people want to buy the thing they want to create.

Of course, you need to be excited about what you’re creating in your business. Your excitement comes through in your energy around the offer. BUT it also needs to be something people want to buy.

As a business owner, you don’t want to be pouring your heart and soul into bringing a new offer to life if people aren’t going to pay money for it. It’s not worth your time, energy and love. Make it your hobby, not your business.

And for the love of the Goddess, don’t assume you know what people want. If you don’t know, go out and ask them.

Not only did having this consistent, intentional focus on relationship building helped me to identify this need in the first place – it ALSO helped me to pre-sell the offer before we officially launched AND helped me to sell during the open cart phase too.

Relationships = trust. It’s as simple as that. And the more trust you have with your community, the easier it is to sell.

When I put the word out that I had a new offer coming that would support people to create consistent cash in their business – I had a number of people put their hand up and say they wanted more info. I then had sales conversations with them behind the scenes that led to them signing up during that pre-sale period.

During the open cart phase, I continued to have those conversations with people behind the scenes, both in DMs and sometimes via email.

The lesson here is that relationships are everything, so focus on building relationships with your community if you’re not already.

2. I have a solid rinse and repeat launch process

I’ve launched many times over now, so my launch process and strategy is solid. Each launch builds on the last with small tweaks and improvements, and planning is an absolute breeze because I’m never reinventing the wheel.

My team and I have created a launch template in Asana, so when it comes time to plan our next launch, we duplicate that launch template and then it’s just a matter of making decisions and filling in the blanks.

The first time you launch something is always the most time intensive because you’re creating everything from scratch. The next time is easier because you’ve already built the foundations and you’re just tweaking and improving from there.

Rinse and repeat strategies is where it’s at. This is what made it possible for me to take an idea, create an entirely new program and launch it successfully within such a short timeframe. Rewind 4 years ago and this would have taken me a lot longer.

3. I have an excellent team supporting me

I work around 10 hours a week at the moment which includes my time supporting clients. It wouldn’t be physically possible to do ALL of this in 8 weeks on my own when I work only 10 hours a week. And I wouldn’t want to try (hello burnout city!)

I have a small but mighty team of 2 amazing humans (Jilanne my VA and Tahryn my Content Manager), who have been working with me for years now.

We’ve done countless launches together – so this ain’t our first rodeo. And I trust them. They know what they’re doing, they’ve done it before, they’ll do it again. This makes it infinitely easier.

Each launch we might add in something new to test it out OR we might make small tweaks and improvements to our process, streamline things a bit more, but it’s always easy because I’ve built a team that are amazing at what they do, we have an excellent launch process that we continue to perfect together and we’ve done it many many times before.

This launch wouldn’t have come together in the same easeful way if it wasn’t for these incredible humans.

Now here’s what this doesn’t mean. This doesn’t mean YOU need a team to create and launch a program in this way. I’m personally in a season right now where I’m working 10 hours a week in and around being a full time mum. So for me, having team support is the ONLY way this happens.

That might not be your reality. So run this through your own filter and take from this what’s relevant to you.

If you do have a team supporting you to launch – here’s some quick tips:

  • Hire people who complement your strengths, align with your values and can do the things you don’t like doing or that take you forever quickly and easily

  • Have all your repeatable processes documented and easily accessible for all team members (we use Asana)

  • Have super clear responsibilities so everyone knows who’s doing what and when

  • Communication is key – I can’t stress this enough. Communicate and then communicate some more.

4. I’ve been running group programs for years

I started my business running women’s workshops and circles, which means I’ve been holding space in groups, both online and offline, for more than 7 years now. So I know my shit when it comes to running group programs.

I know what works and what doesn’t work, and I know what to take into consideration when crafting an offer like this. So it’s EASY for me to create something like this quickly.

And because I’ve got this evidence that I know what I’m doing in this space – I have a lot of trust and confidence in myself and my ability to craft really exceptional group experiences for my community.

Having confidence, self trust and self belief makes it so much easier to move quickly and make shit happen.

When you’re wobbly in your mindset, you can end up spending a lot of time questioning things, tweaking things, wondering if you should add *this* element or *that* element, trying to create the “perfect funnel” or the “perfect sales page”, even though you know perfect doesn’t exist. It wastes a lot of your precious time.

Of course, this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take the time to consider the different elements of your offer and make really intentional decisions around what to include and what not to include, and the transformation you’re facilitating for your clients.

Being intentional during the creative process is key to creating an exceptional offer for your people AND faster doesn’t equal better BUT overthinking everything and procrastinating your launch is costing you time and money. This is why mindset is so important.

Yes – confidence comes with experience. The fact that I’ve been doing this successfully for a long time now makes the mindset piece easier for me because I’ve got that evidence I can draw upon.

But don’t get me wrong, I am not immune to the mindset wobbles. This requires constant commitment to doing the mindset work it takes to show up and sell a new offer like this.

The important thing is to NOT let those wobbles hold you back.

So if you’re feeling the pull to create a group offer but it’s also feeling a little stretchy, remind yourself of this:

  1. You know this is something that your community needs and desires.

  2. You know you’ve got magic to share in this way, that it’s going to have an impact and create a transformation for your people. Your purpose needs to be bigger than any of your fear or self doubt.

  3. You don’t need to turn it around in 8 weeks BUT you do need to get out of your own way, stop overthinking it, stop procrastinating and make it happen. Only you can do that.

So that’s how I created and launched a new 5 figure group program in just 8 weeks.
