Prices of products, services and delivery are current at the time of issue and are subject to change at any time. All prices are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).
Free pick up is available from Wright, Canberra. Please contact us via email at email@example.com to arrange.
We currently only ship within Australia using Australia Post for all products. Orders over $150 are shipped free within Australia. For orders under $150, we offer a flat shipping rate of $10 Australia-wide. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be advised as soon as possible and will be kept updated with the status of your order.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order. If you need it sooner, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
While we take as much care as possible to ensure your items are packaged securely and safely, between leaving our studio and arriving at your door, handling of your package is out of our hands. In the unlikely event that your item or package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days, take photographs and do not use any of the products enclosed.
We do not offer a refund or return on ‘change of mind’ purchases. We refund on faulty products only. Please ensure you follow the candle care instructions that come with every candle before you light it. Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by careless candle use.
